D'Arcys Catering was established by cordon bleu chef Sarah D'Arcy, who trained 20 years ago at the international cordon bleu cookery school Tante Marie. 
She has a wealth of experience within the catering and events business, having catered for private clients in France, run Lodges in Scotland, was a manager with Europe’s leading corporate contract caterer and cooked in distinguished restaurants in the South of England.

 


Front of House

 

Helen Bullingham and Hayley Bryant are our Front of House Co-ordinators, each holding over a decade of experience in the catering field.


On your event day they will oversee your requirements, supervising in a smooth, friendly, flexible and efficient manner. 










They both have a great eye for detail, holding extremely high standards, quality of service and enthusiasm which are required in running events.

Linda and Tina both efficient and calm behind the scenes have with a wealth of experience in the catering world.
